Welcome to Finland, the land of thousand lakes. Actually there are 187 888 lakes in the country,

although significantly less than the total number of Hides and Skins produced each year in Finland.

 

Suomen Frost is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wasa Frost, whose business activities in

Finland were established several decades ago.

 

We source Hides and Skins on a regular basis from all major abattoirs in Finland. Our

warehouse is located about 40 kilometers

north of Helsinki, a prime position from the

logistical point of view resulting in shorter

leadtimes and competitive transport costs for the clients.

 

Hides and Skins from Finland are highly rated in the global market, not the least because of the cold climate and very well-developed cattle breeding producing top class livestock.
